We'll review your request and provide a quote within 2-3 business days. Pricing depends on size, complexity, and materials needed. Most custom pieces range from $50-$150.
Once you approve the quote, we require a 50% deposit to begin work. We'll also confirm timeline and any final details.
Your piece will be crafted over 2-4 weeks depending on complexity. We'll send progress photos so you can see your creation come to life!
When your piece is complete, we'll send final photos. After receiving the remaining 50% payment, we'll carefully package and ship your new friend!
